Sinohydro Kamchay Hydroelectric Project Co., Ltd., established in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in April of 2006, is a holding subsidiary of PCR(65%shares). It is responsible for the development and operation of Kamchay Hydroelectric BOT Project in Cambodia.

 

NAM OU RIVER BASIN HYDROPOWER CO., LTD.

Nam Ou River Basin Hydropower Co., Ltd., established in Vientiane, Laos, in November 2011, is a holding company of PCR (85% shares). It is responsible for the development, construction, operation and power sales of the Nam Ou River Cascade Hydropower Stations (Phase One).

 

NAM OU POWER CO., LTD.

Nam Ou Power Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR. It is established in Vientiane, Laos, in September 2015. It is responsible for the construction, operation, and power sales of Nam Ou River Cascade Hydropower Stations (Phase Two).

 

NAM NGUM 5 POWER CO., LTD.

Nam Ngum 5 Power Co., Ltd., established in Vientiane, Laos, on the 3rd of July, 2007, is a holding subsidiary of PCR(85% shares). It is responsible for the development and operation of Nam Ngum 5 Hydropower BOT Project.

 

SINOHYDRO-SAGARMATHA POWER COMPANY (P) LTD.

Sinohydro-Sagarmatha Power Company (P) Ltd., established in Nepal in March 2010, is a holding subsidiary of PCR (90% shares). Its business scope covers development, investment, construction and operation of hydropower projects in Nepal. Currently, the company mainly focuses on the maintenance of the Upper Marsyangdi A Hydropower Station on a Build-Operate-Own-Transfer (BOOT) basis and exploration for new development opportunities in Nepal.

 

PORT QASIM ELECTRIC POWER CO. (PRIVATE) LTD.

Port Qasim Electric Power Co. (Private) Ltd., co-invested by PCR (51% shares) and Qatar AI Mirqab Capital (49% shares), was established on August 12th, 2014 in Islamabad, Pakistan. It is responsible for investment, construction, operation and management of the Pakistan Port Qasim Coal-Fired Power Plant.

 

BENGKULU POWER (HONG KONG) CO., LTD.

Bengkulu Power (Hong Kong) Co., LTD, established in Jakarta, Indonesia，in December,2015, is a holding subsidiary of PCR (91% shares).It is responsible for the investment, construction, maintenance, and management of Bengkulu Coal-fired Power Station Plant in Indonesia on a Build-Operate-Own-Transfer (BOOT) basis.

 

BANGLADESH BARISAL POWER CO., LTD.

Bangladesh Barisal PowerCo., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Barisal Energy (Dubai) Investment Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinohydro (Hong Kong) Holding Ltd. It was registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh in October 2017. The company is 92% owned by Barisal Energy (Dubai) Investment Limited, 4% owned by Sinohydro (Hong Kong) Holding Ltd., and 4% owned by Bangladesh ISO Tech Electrification Company Limited. It is mainly responsible for the investment, construction and operation of Barisal coal-fired power station in Bangladesh.

 

AUSTRALIAN WILD CATTLE HILL C0., LTD.

Australian Wild Cattle Hill Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of PCR(80% shares). It is a holding subsidiary of POWERCHINA Resources (Singapore) Holding PTE. Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinohydro (Hong Kong) Holding Ltd. In June 2018, the company completed its share-taking. The company is 80% owned by POWERCHINA Resources (Singapore) Holding PTE. Ltd. and 20% owned by Gold Wind Australia Company. It is mainly responsible for the development, construction, operation and power sales of the Wild Cattle Hill Wind Farm Project in Australia.

 

LAO CEMENT INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

Lao Cement Industry Co., Ltd., established in Vientiane, Laos, on the 27th of September, 2006, is a holding subsidiary of PCR (77% shares). The company's main businesses include the production and sales of cement, concrete, and other construction and packaging materials.

 

SINO-CONGOLAISE DES MINES SARL

Sino-Congolaise Des Mines SARL, established in Lubumbashi, D.R. Congo, on the 14th of July, 2008, is a subsidiary of PCR (25.28% shares). It is mainly engaged in the development of copper and cobalt resources in the Sicomines of the D. R. Congo.

 

SINOHYDRO (HONG KONG) HOLDING LTD.

Sinohydro (Hong Kong) Holding Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR. It established in July 2013 in Hong Kong SAR. Its core business covers overseas financing, cash sweeping as well as talent, technology, trade, and logistics management.

 

POWERCHINA RESOURCES (LAO) SOLE CO., LTD.

POWERCHINA Resources (Lao) Sole Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR. It was established on January 22nd, 2014 in Vientiane, Laos. Its main business includes market research, public relationship, and management coordination among project companies to integrate regional resources, strengthen internal control, consolidate brand image, and explore Laos market. It also provides consulting services to the development of power, water and mineral resource projects.

 

POWERCHINA RESOURCES (KUNMING) CO., LTD.

POWERCHINA Resources (Kunming) Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR established in December 2012 in Kunming, Yunnan. It is responsible for human resource management, business development and support. Its business scope includes investment, project management, business and economic information consultancy, import and export of goods and technologies.

 

POWERCHINA RESOURCES (SINGAPORE) HOLDING PTE. LTD.

POWERCHINA Resources (Singapore) Holding PTE. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR. It was established in October 2015, mainly responsible for the coal transshipment business of the coal-fired power station project in Port Qasim, Pakistan. It also carries out other business such as trade, investment and financing, merger and acquisition, and asset management center in a timely manner, aiming at further promoting the market development and strategic landing of PCR in Southeast Asian countries.

 

POWERCHINA RESOURCES (Thailand) CO., LTD.

POWERCHINA Resources (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR. It was established in Bangkok, Thailand on April 3, 2018.It is responsible for investment in energy and power projects, import and export trade, energy technology and market consultation, etc.

 

BARISAL ELECTRIC POWER CO. LTD.

Barisal Electric Power Co. Ltd., co-invested by PCR (96% shares), was established on October 26th, 2017 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is responsible for investment, construction, operation and management of the BangladeshBarisal Coal-Fired Power Plant.

 

KYAUK PHYU ELECTRIC POWER CO., LTD.

KYAUK PHYU ELECTRIC POWER CO., LTD., co-invested by PCR (75% shares), was established on March 27th, 2019 in Yangon, Myanmar. It is responsible for investment, construction, operation and management of the Kyauk Phyu Gas-fired Combined Cycle Power Station Project.

 

SHELEK POWER （HONG KONG）CO., LTD.

Shelek Power （Hong Kong）Co., Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCR. It was established in Hong Kong on August 9th, 2019. It is responsible for the investment, construction and operation of the Shelek Wind Farm Project in Kazakhstan.

 

VE IVOVIK D.O.O. SARAJEVO

VE Ivovik D.o.o. Sarajevo is a holding subsidiary of PCR (51% shares). It was established in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is responsible for the investment, construction and operation of Ivovik Wind Farm Project.
