A Delegation of the Chinese and Laos Ministers investigated Nam Ou River Basin Cascade Hydropower Station in Laos

On November 3, 2019, a delegation led by E Jingping, Minister of Water Resources of PCR, Sommad Pholsena, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Laos, visited Nam Ou River Basin Cascade Hydropower Project in Laos. The delegation visited the first cascade hydropower station and the operation and maintenance management center of the Project. Ministers highly praised Nam Ou River Project and raised hopes for cooperation to establish Laos' national water resource management system.
