POWERCHINA RESOURCES LTD. successfully issued 800 million US dollars bonds in Hong Kong

 On June 13, 2019, POWERCHINA RESOURCES LTD. successfully issued US$500 million in 5-year senior sustainable bonds and US$300 million in 3-year senior perpetual bonds in Hong Kong, with interest rates of 4.3% and 3.078% respectively. The total bond issuance scale is US$800 million. It is the fourth overseas bond issue by POWERCHINA RESOURCES LTD. The successful issuance of bonds helps the company make further progress towards building a professional investment company with international competitiveness.
