Nam Ou 3 HPP realized impoundment

At 10:16 on July 15, Nam Ou 3 HPP successfully realized impoundment, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent generation of the first unit. In order to ensure the impoundment goal, the working group of 3PHH inspected the relevant works as informed the local government, carried out safety publicity to the villages, set safety warning boards at key parts, and organized the villages to carry out flood control emergency drills.
