Bengkulu Coal-fired Power Plant is on the Indonesia national key projects list in 2020

On 23 September, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in Republic of Indonesia (ESDM) released a list of Indonesia's key national projects for 2020, Bengkulu coal-fired power station is on the list. The project has improved the power shortage situation in Sumatra Island and Bengkulu province, and has a positive impact on the employment and livelihood of the local population.
