Cattle Hill Wind Farm Project in Australia achieved 1000 days of continuous safe operation

On August 14, Cattle Hill Wind Farm Project achieved 1,000 days of safe and stable operation, and the power generation has passed 1 billion KWH. As a “game changer” project of the State of Tasmania, it provides long-term, stable and efficient power support for the sustainable development of local society and economy, and sets a successful benchmark for win-win cooperation between China and Australia.

Cattle Hill Wind Farm Project is located in the Central Highlands of Tasmania, with a total investment of 327.8 million Australian dollars. 48 Goldwind turbines were constructed and installed with a total capacity of 148.4MW. The project construction commenced in July 2018, and commercial operation date was achieved on May 12, 2020. The operational period is 20 years with an average annual power generation of 440 million KWH approximately.
