Bengkulu power plant generated more than 1 billion KWH of electricity annually

As of October 14, 2023, the annual cumulative power generation of the Bengkulu power plant exceeded 1 billion KWH, and the cumulative power generation since the operation exceeded 3.95 billion KWH. A steady stream of electricity has been delivered to the Indonesian Sumatra Island and Bengkulu region, making positive contributions to promoting local economic and social development.

After the Bengkulu power plant officially entered commercial operation on July 27, 2020, it has continued to play a significant role in improving the local power shortage situation, adjusting the power and energy structure, alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand, driving regional economic growth, and improving people's livelihood.
